Dear Sir/Madam,
Our academy – Brussels International Music Academy has various creative projects, among which there is the International Competition for young pianists « Merci, Maestro ! » www.mercimaestro.be
The international competition for young pianists “Merci, Maestro” is looking for host families to accommodate our young international participants.
The musicians are up to 25 years old, and will take part in the competition which will be held from April 10 to 14 2024 in Brussels.
They will arrive on April 9th and leave on April 15th 2024, some candidates will arrive on April 10, 11, 12th-13th and leave on April 15th 2024.
Participants are responsible for their own food, travel, etc. The role of the families is limited to hosting them under their roof.
Younger participants are likely to be accompanied by a parent.

These documents are necessary for applicants to obtain their visas. We need the originals. We will contact you if it is necessary to obtain visas for the participants of the competition in the original signed document (questionnaire).
To thank you for your help, we offer you tickets (value of one ticket: 50 euros) for the Winners’ Gala, which will take place on Sunday, April 14th 2024 in the Gothic Hall of the City Hall of Brussels. The concert will be followed by a reception.
This is a very enriching multicultural experience and an opportunity to support the career of a young artist.
