After the pre-selection round, the application implies the following steps:
1. All participants of the competition need to complete ONLINE application form and pay the registration fee with a credit card (after completion of the application form) or via bank transfer to: « Ecole de Musique Tchaikovsky ». Bank: ING; IBAN: BE94 3101 7895 7814; BIC(SWIFT): BBRUBEBB. Please do not forget to indicate «Merci, Maestro! » and the candidate’s first and last name on the payment communication.
2. After completion of the application form, send a copy of the participant’s and accompanying person(s) passports and an informal photo of candidate in jpeg format by email to: email@example.com. If some information or document is missing, the registration shall be cancelled.
All documents should be submitted before February 25th 2020.
Please note that by completing the application form you declare that you agree with Terms and Conditions of the “Merci, Maestro!” piano competition.
3. Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance to the competition will be sent to all applicants by e-mail after verification of the completed application form and after receipt of payment of administration fees and other above-mentioned documents. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
