Application

 

Application implies several steps:

 

1. All participants of the competition must pay the registration fee via the bank transfer to: « Ecole de Musique Tchaikovsky ».  Bank: ING;  IBAN:  BE94 3101 7895 7814; BIC: BBRUBEBB. Please do not forget to indicate «Merci, Maestro! » and the candidate’s first and last name on the payment communication.

The registration fees should be paid in 2 instalments.

Category A: 60 euros paid in 2 instalments:

  • A non-refundable registration fee of 30 euros via bank transfer (see bank details below) together with a YouTube Link with a recent recording of the participant and all documents specified in Item 2.
  • If accepted, the rest 30 euros (balance: 60 – 30 = 30 euro) to be paid by March 5th 2019 to the bank account mentioned below.
  • Selected maximum 20 candidates will be informed by the administration of the competition by March 1th 2019.

Category B: 80 euros paid in 2 instalments:

  • A non-refundable registration fee of 40 euros via bank transfer (see bank details below) together with a YouTube Link with a recent recording of the participant and all documents specified in Item 2.
  • If accepted, the rest 40 euros (balance: 80 – 40 = 40 euro) to be paid by March 5th 2019to the bank account mentioned below.
  • Selected maximum 20 candidates will be informed by the administration of the competition by March 1th 2019.

Category C: 100 euros paid in 2 installments:

  • A non-refundable registration fee of 50 euros via bank transfer (see bank details below) together with a YouTube Link with a recent recording of the participant and all documents specified in Item 2.
  • If accepted, the rest 50 euros (balance: 100 – 50 = 50 euro) to be paid by March 5th 2019 to the bank account mentioned below.
  • Selected maximum 21 candidates will be informed by the administration of the competition by March 1th 2019.

Fees have to be paid to «Ecole de musique Tchaikovsky». For international bank transfers: ING Bank, IBAN:  BE94 3101 7895 7814; BIC: BBRUBEBB. Please, write «Merci, Maestro!» and the candidate’s name and surname in communication. All the costs related to money transfer should be paid by the participant.

All documents should be submitted before February 25th 2019.

 

2. For application please complete the ONLINE application form, send a copy of the participant’s and accompanying person(s) passports and an informal photo of candidate in jpeg format by email to: info@mercimaestro.be. If some information or document is missing, the registration shall be cancelled.

Please note that by completing the application form you declare that you agree with Terms and Conditions of the “Merci, Maestro!” piano competition.

 

3. Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance to the competition will be sent to all applicants by e-mail after verification of the completed application form and after receipt of payment of administration fees and other above-mentioned documents. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

 

Attention! The possibility of receiving a free accommodation in a host family is considered only after the confirmation of your application to the competition and after the introduction of an application form to obtain a host family.
