Application procedure


“Merci,Maestro!” competition is open to young pianists from all around the world so all young pianists can apply for the participation. 

The application implies the following:

All participants of the competition need to complete ONLINE application form for the Pre-selection phase of the competition and pay the registration fee* with a credit card (after completion of the application form).

All video links have to be attached to the registration document.  If some information or document is missing, the registration will not be considered.

*Participation fees are not refundable.

Registration for pre-selection should be submitted before March 1st, 2024.

Key Deadlines:
  • March 1st, 2024 – application for pre-selection should be submitted (including 25 Euros registration fee) following THIS link
  • March 10th, 2024 – results of pre-selection round are announced
  • March 12th, 2024 – for selected candidates -> full registration fees to be paid and all required documents to be submitted

Please note that by completing the application form you declare that you agree with Terms and Conditions of the “Merci, Maestro!” piano competition.

Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance to the competition will be sent to all applicants by e-mail after verification of the completed application form and after receipt of payment of administration fees and other above-mentioned documents. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Changes in the repertoire will not be allowed after registration at the competition.
